A Practice Built on Thoughtful Engagement
Singa Nexus was founded in 2015 by a group of technology practitioners and organisational change specialists who observed a recurring problem: organisations were adopting AI tools without adequate preparation, resulting in wasted investment, disengaged employees, and missed opportunities.
We set out to build a different kind of advisory practice — one that prioritises honest assessment over salesmanship, and lasting capability over short-term deliverables. Operating from our Shenton Way office in the heart of Singapore's business district, we work closely with leadership teams, operations managers, and HR directors who want to approach AI adoption with care.
Over the years, our small and focused team has supported more than 180 organisations across finance, logistics, healthcare administration, and professional services. We remain deliberately boutique — our clients benefit from senior-level attention at every stage of their engagement.
