What Our Clients Have Shared
"We engaged Singa Nexus for the AI Readiness Assessment expecting a fairly standard report. What we received was considerably more thoughtful — the team had clearly done their homework on our industry. The recommendations were specific and grounded. We are now six months into acting on them and the roadmap has held up well."

Chief Operating Officer, Logistics Firm, Singapore

"Running the upskilling programme across three departments was a logistical question mark for us at the outset. Priya's team managed the cohort groupings very sensibly — our more experienced staff were not slowed down, and newer employees did not feel left behind. The workshops were practical rather than conceptual, which made the difference."
Shalini Krishnamurthy
Head of HR, Financial Services, Singapore
February 2026
"The workflow integration project was the most complex engagement we had attempted in-house, and we lacked the internal expertise to lead it confidently. Marcus brought both technical depth and the patience to explain design decisions to a non-technical leadership team. The pilot testing phase caught several issues before they could become production problems. Solid work."
Jeremy Tan
VP Technology, Healthcare Administration, Singapore

"What stood out was Leonard's willingness to tell us where AI was not worth pursuing at this stage. Most vendors push you toward the most expensive option. He mapped out two or three areas where we could start small and see results before committing to anything larger. That kind of honesty builds trust quickly."
Li Huijun
General Manager, Professional Services, Singapore
December 2025
"We had tried AI upskilling internally and it had not landed well — the content was too generic and staff lost interest quickly. The Singa Nexus programme was noticeably different. The sessions were built around actual tools our finance team uses, and the ethics module opened a genuinely useful conversation that we have continued internally. The post-programme resources have also been revisited multiple times."
Deepika Menon
Learning & Development Manager, Regional Bank
February 2026
"The document processing workflow they integrated for us has reduced our back-office processing time considerably. The phasing was sensible — we ran the pilot on a single department before expanding. The stabilisation period meant we had support on hand when edge cases appeared, rather than scrambling on our own."

Director of Operations, Insurance Group, Singapore

Selected Engagement Stories
Three accounts illustrating how our different services played out in practice.
Finding the Right Starting Point Amid Technology Fatigue
Challenge
A Singapore-based investment firm had explored several AI pilot projects internally over two years, each stalling before meaningful implementation. Staff were sceptical and leadership lacked a coherent framework for deciding where to focus next.
What We Did
We conducted structured interviews with department heads and operations staff, mapped current technology dependencies, and identified three areas where AI could reduce friction without requiring major infrastructure change. A prioritised roadmap was delivered with implementation sequencing and governance considerations.
Outcome
The firm selected one of the three recommended pathways and began execution internally within eight weeks of receiving the report. The governance framework we included became the basis for their internal AI policy document. Leadership noted that staff scepticism had noticeably reduced once a clear, bounded scope was established.
"The assessment did not tell us everything we wanted to hear. But it told us what we needed to know, which was more valuable."
Building Sustainable AI Literacy Across a Mixed-Age Team
Challenge
A property management company wanted to introduce AI tools for tenant communications and maintenance scheduling. Their operations team spanned a wide age range, with considerable variation in digital comfort. Previous training initiatives had struggled with engagement, particularly among longer-tenured staff.
What We Did
We ran proficiency mapping sessions before designing the curriculum, which resulted in three separate cohort tracks. Workshops were role-specific and used scenarios drawn directly from the company's actual workflow. We included a peer support structure where more confident participants supported others between sessions.
Outcome
87% of participants completed the full programme. Tool adoption in the months following the programme was tracked by the company's HR team and described as stronger than any prior technology rollout. Several participants who had initially been resistant became advocates for the new tools within their teams.
"We expected resistance. Instead we saw curiosity — because the training met people where they actually were."
Automating Document Review Without Disrupting Legal Oversight
Challenge
A mid-sized legal firm was spending significant paralegal hours on routine contract document review. They needed to reduce this workload without compromising accuracy or professional accountability — concerns that had led them to avoid AI tools despite awareness of the options available.
What We Did
We mapped the review workflow, identified the specific document categories where AI-assisted review was most applicable, and designed a human-in-the-loop architecture that preserved attorney oversight at key decision points. The pilot covered a defined contract type over six weeks before broader rollout.
Outcome
The firm reported a meaningful reduction in routine review time for the targeted document category. Importantly, the human-in-the-loop design was well received by the legal team, who felt their professional judgment had been protected rather than bypassed. The workflow has since been extended to a second contract type internally.
"The architecture respected what lawyers actually do. It removed the tedious part without touching the judgment part."
